We service, repair, or replace, all spa and hot tub components as you and your spa need us. Let us keep your spa in tiptop shape, so you can sit back and enjoy it.

Note: We do not provide fiberglass or acrylic spa shell repair. We also do not do cabinet repairs.

Prices quoted do not include parts necessary to be ordered or replaced. Customer is responsible for all charges that are included for repair or replacement part/s ordering: shipping/handling, etc. A 60% deposit is required for all accessories and parts orders.

We try our best to repair hot tubs on site with our fully equipped service truck, but this is not always possible. All charges are subject to 6% PA sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notification and at any time.

Maintenance Services

  • Drain, clean, fill, and adjust water chemistry with customer's treatment system
  • Winterization of spa includes:
    • Drain spa
    • Use of non-toxic anti-freeze
    • Removal of parts are at the discretion of service technician
  • Opening of spa includes:
    • Purge non-toxic anti-freeze
    • Replace parts which may have been removed
    • Polish shell
    • Fill with fresh water
    • Check operations
    • Check that unit is operating properly
    • Adjust water chemistry with customer's treatment system
Minimum fee of 1 hour. A 1-hour minimum service charge is applied to all service and repair calls done by Star Spa Services Inc.
